Getting to you
No travel charge within 20 km of Claremont. Further out we add R4,85 a kilometre, and you get that number with your quote, not on the invoice.

What does it actually cost?+
Larger jobs get a free written quote. Smaller work is R450 for the callout and the first hour, then R350 for each hour after that, and materials at cost with the slip to prove it. Group a few small jobs into one visit and you only pay the callout once.
Which areas do you cover?+
We’re based in Cape Town and cover the Southern Suburbs, City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard and surrounds. Not sure if you’re in the area? Just ask and we’ll let you know.
Can you do electrical or plumbing work?+
We handle general handyman repairs. Certified electrical, gas and plumbing work, and the compliance certificates that go with it, must be done by a registered tradesperson. We work with trusted ones and can arrange it, so it’s still one call for you.
What if my job is urgent?+
Say so in your message and we’ll tell you straight away whether we can get to you sooner. If we can’t, we’d rather say that than book you in and let you down.
How do I pay?+
Simple EFT once the work is done, or a deposit for larger jobs. You get a clear, itemised invoice with our banking details on it.
What if something isn’t right afterwards?+
Tell us and we’ll come back and look at it. If a fix we did hasn’t held, we sort it out. That’s the part most people never get offered, and it’s the reason they call us again.
